Hello, I am Allah Rakha Shakir, a User Experience Designer specializing in bespoke, artisanal, single origin, grass fed, fixed gear, and slow roasted apps & websites for clients of all sizes. I am capable within a wide range of tactical and big-picture design tasks.

I am passionate about making sure that systems, interfaces, language and graphics are human-friendly, emotive, aesthetically pleasing, clear, on-brand and usable — with a touch of mellow smoothness. Does Unlimited mean truely unlimited?

100% yes. We don't charge hourly or project base. We shall give you access to your dedicated trello board. You can put as many design request in the que as you like. A dedicated designer will start from top of the que and keep designing until there is no item in the que.

How will I post design requests?

Posting design request is very easy. We shall invite you to your dedicated trello board and you can start putting your design requests in the que.

What is your turnaround time?

Average turnaround time for a design task is 2-3 days. Weekend is not included.

How do revisions work?

Revisions are easy with AR Shakir. Once we send you the initial draft of your design, you can immediately provide feedback via the request card in Trello, or directly in the Figma, whichever you prefer. We also encourage you to record a brief Loom video if you prefer to talk through the changes versus write them out.

Most small revisions are completed the same day, or next day. In rare cases where we must take a totally fresh approach to the request, more time is likely needed.

Can I utilize same designer for all of my design task?

Ofcourse yes. Once your payment is received, we shall assign you a designer, who will be working on all of your tasks. You can always request to change the designer otherwise same designer will be working on your tasks.

Will you provide all the assets and source files?

100% yes. All the assets and source files belong to you. They will be available for you once you request.

Will you also provide ongoing support for my shopify website?

Yes. We shall keep providing ongoing support untill your subscription is active.

Unlimited team members can post design requests in trello board. We shall keep working on the que from top to bottom.

Will you also provide hosting for my webflow account?

Yes. A monthly fee for webflow hosting will be added to your invoice.

Will you also provide ongoing support for my shopify website?

Yes. We shall keep providing ongoing support untill your subscription is active.

Are there any design requests you don't support?

We don't work on custom illustrations, videos and content writing.

Can I cancel after first month?

YES. You can cancel anytime.

Do you also do the front end development?

YES. We can provide html/css based code for the design too if your subscription type is Design+Webflow or Design+Shopify.

Due to the premium nature of our service and the monetary value of each design delivered, we do not offer any form of a money-back guarantee. However, if you're unsatisfied with our service, please contact us and we'll do what we can to make things right. Refunds, however, are never guaranteed.
